Flood

Through a strategic relationship with a national flood provider, ULS offers nationwide flood zone determinations for ULS clients.

Portfolio Valuations / Due Diligence

Our partnership with FIS Hansen Quality, Inc. allows us to offer alternative valuation models and collateral score products. The collateral score products include quality control of closed loan appraisals, loan portfolio assessment for securitization or sale, collateral evaluation at the outset of the underwriting process, and risk analysis.

Leads Service

ULS can offer our clients a Leads Service thourgh First American CoreLogic's Listsource product.  Clients have access to lead lists comprised of the most current property and mortgage transactions nationwide. These lists encompass over 90% of the country.
