William McNamara, CEO and Managing Partner

Mr. McNamara is the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Lender Services Corp. Mr. McNamara is entering into his 25th year in the financial services industry where he has held positions of sales, sales management, operations management, and ownership in numerous businesses, including a correspondent lending company. He most recently worked as senior sales manager for the Fidelity and First American companies. Mr. McNamara has been instrumental in developing third-party strategic partnerships to create a highly successful corporation. Mr. McNamara has worked for 3 of the largest national underwriters and continues to partner with them to create a "best in breed" service organization. 

Robert Franco, COO and Managing Partner

Mr. Franco is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner for United Lender Services Corp. He has 20+ years experience in the residential real estate services industry. He has been a managing member of two "start up" centralized service platforms in the industry, including Fidelity National Lending Solutions and a privately held organization. Most recently he joined the First American Family of companies and led the start up and growth of a National Service Center for United General Title Insurance Company. Currently he is managing partner for United Lender Services Corp. Robert is Six-Sigma certified and a founding member of the E-Close Platform which pioneered the industry's web-based closing solution. 

Dean Trent, Executive Vice President, Escrow Operations

Mr. Trent is the executive vice president of escrow operations for United Lender Services. Mr. Trent has more then 18 years experience in the residential real estate services industry. Along with Mr. Franco, Mr. Trent is one of the original developers of the E-Close Platform. Mr. Trent has successfully lead escrow and settlement divisions that supported the top 20 lenders in the industry. He has worked for 2 of the largest underwriters and effectively manages the nuances of complex mortgage transactions. 

Carla Roell, Executive Vice President, Title Operations

Ms. Roell is the executive vice president of title operations for United Lender Services. Ms. Roell has more than 24 years experience in the residential real estate services industry. She is a licensed title agent since 1993 and holds national title licenses in 30+ states. Ms. Roell has worked for 2 of the largest underwriters and has vast experience managing a scalable workforce within a national title operation. 

Richard Fuchs, Executive Vice President, Strategic Business Development

Mr. Fuchs joined ULS in June 2009 as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Business Development.  Prior to joining the ULS team, Mr. Fuchs served as the President and sole owner of Express Financial Services (EFS) for over 22 years.  In addition to his role at EFS, Mr. Fuchs is also notably known as one of the original founder of the Title Vendor Management Association.  Mr. Fuchs has served on several industry committees, including formerly holding the title of President of the International Credit Association of Pittsburgh.  Mr. Fuchs is currently a Director with the National Home Equity Mortgage Association.
