We have a vast appraiser fee panel comprised of experienced appraisers located across the United States. To ensure the most accurate estimate of value, ULS assigns appraisers within a 10 mile radius of the subject property.

Our Quality Review process significantly decreases the run around and challenges associated with appraisal management. The sophisticated review engine runs directly on the appraiser’s desktop and checks the report before it ever leaves the appraiser’s office. With this process, the appraiser can transmit the report only after the rules are successfully passed or addressed in the addendum. And to keep you compliant with federal and state regulations, we strictly adhere to guidelines from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA and VA as well as any lender-specific requirements.
