Changing The Game

ULS started as the centralized processing platform for United General Title Insurance Company, which was wholly owned by First American. In early 2008, United General Title Insurance Company sold all of its operating assets to United Lender Services, LLC. We took ownership of this operation in the interest of providing a genuine alternative to the largest centralized operations in the country.
